Before you learned to manage it

Freedom
So many of the highs people chase create a temporary escape from the present moment. Mental commentary quiets, internal resistance softens and, for a little while, the argument between reality and the way reality "should" be disappears.
The freedom appears to come from the experience outside them.
It actually arrives through the spaciousness inside them.
Reality is already here. Resistance consumes the life force available to experience it, respond to it and create from it.
When resistance softens, energy returns.
Your body exhales. Your senses open. The mind becomes spacious enough to perceive possibilities that were invisible while your attention was occupied by fighting what already existed.

Coherence
Your consciousness meets the moment without an internal war. You become present enough to receive what is here and powerful enough to create from it.

I first remember channeling Source when I was four years old.
Before I understood channeling, consciousness or the divine, I could see the light in people. I could feel who they were beneath the identities they had learned to perform and recognize the sacred magic that remained present even when they had forgotten how to access it.
I have also always known that I am here to live my life fully and out loud so other humans remember they can do the same.
My life is part of my work.
Every time I trust what I know, follow what excites me, allow Source to rearrange the plan or say yes before my mind can predict the outcome, I create evidence of what becomes possible through participation.
I know one truth for every human:
We are here to say yes to the life our soul came here to experience.
We recognize that life through aliveness. It excites, ignites and expands us. It creates movement in the body before the mind has assembled a logical explanation.
Aliveness is our innate navigation system. It may reveal only the next honest move, because participation is how the rest of the path becomes visible.

I question things, change my mind and experience the full spectrum of being human. I trust what moves through me, follow impulses I cannot fully explain and allow my life to become bigger than the plans my human originally created.
